Hike the trails to find answers to clues and a chance to win a prize! This year, to help with social distancing, teams will preregister online by Thurs, Sept 22 by clicking here. Teams can begin their hunt by picking up a map and clue sheet at the picnic table by the Tennis Courts parking lot between 11:45-12:15 (staggered starts). Come back to the pavilion an hour after you started for snacks, and the raffle will be at 1:15 or shortly after. Please bring a mask and water bottle, and maintain space when not masked. Hope to see you there! Contact email@example.com with any questions or to volunteer to help.
The PCO is excited to offer a revamped fall plant sale featuring mums, fall décor, and bulbs! We’re excited to partner with a local, woman-owned business to bring you these new selections.

We need volunteers to help care for the gardens during the spring, summer and early fall. Volunteers will get the first pick of available produce: herbs, peas, berries, beans, carrots, beets, greens, and tomatoes. No garden experience is necessary and we welcome new volunteers.
Please sign up for a week or multiple week slots. If you sign up, we ask that you try to visit the garden about 3 times during the week that you sign up for. The main things that the garden needs are watering, weeding, harvesting, and keeping an eye out for pests like cabbage worms.
More detail about pests, weeds etc. will be provided in the training and accompanying materials.

ECS’s annual Spring Flower & Plant Sale is back in time for Mother’s Day and Spring planting with a bonus this year – contactless curbside pickup! Annual bedding flowers, a variety of beautiful hanging baskets, and patio planters will be available from the same vendor that Phipps Conservatory uses. We are also offering organic vegetable, herb, milkweed, and native pollinator seedlings from Grow Pittsburgh.
Order here: https://ecspco.square.site/shop/plant-sale/29
Order deadline: Sunday, April 18, 2021
Plants will be available for contactless curbside pick-up ONLY: Friday, May 7, 2021 between 1:00pm and 6:30pm at the ECS INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL (829 Milton Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15218). There will only be one day to pick up the plants so please mark this day on your calendar. Your online order confirmation may list your address as the “shipping address,” but plants will not be shipped. All plants must be picked up on May 7. We ask that you pull up to the curb in front of Turtle Park (just past the Intermediate School), stay in your car, inform the volunteer of your name through your car window, and pop your trunk. The volunteer will load your items into your trunk.
Lots of volunteers are needed on May 7 to pull this off! We have designed a safety plan to ensure compliance with government orders and to keep our valued volunteers safe. See more details on the sign-up sheet. Sign up here.
If you have any questions, please email Michelle at email@example.com.
