ECS Lunch for Dinner
Preceding the Spring Concert on Wednesday, June 2, ECS will be serving lunch for dinner. Families and friends are welcome and encouraged to come and experience a typical ECS cafeteria offering.
The menu will include Chicken Enchiladas or Vegetable Enchiladas w/Spanish Rice, Southwestern Corn, and Sliced Local Apples. Beverages (Milk, Juice, and Coffee) will also be provided. Food will be prepared by Springboard Kitchens, ECS's lunch vendor.
Adults are $5, children are $3. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. In order to accommodate as many families as we can there will be two dinner shifts to choose from: 6:00 and 6:30 pm. The concert starts at 7:00 pm.
All money raised from this fundraiser will be used to upgrade and improve the recess court behind the school this summer.
